The GSA Advice Service is currently offering appointments over the phone and one-to-one (via video call or in person). We are also continuing to offer advice via email.

If you would like to access support from the GSA Advice Service please download, complete, and send our “Confidential Advice Record” to Our Advice Service Manager, or another Adviser, will aim to contact you within three working days.

In order to help us to prioritise your enquiry, please provide all of the relevant information in your email, along with any deadlines you are working to. Can you also let us know if you would prefer to receive advice (via email or appointment) and if you have any accessibility requirements.
