Meditation Session

Meditation can be defined as a set of techniques that are intended to encourage a heightened state of awareness and focused attention. Meditation can have both physiological and psychological effects. Some of the positive physiological effects are reduced respiration rate, decreased heart rate, changes in brain wave patterns and lowered stress.  

Karaoke

Location: Roman Bath Pub city centre

A fun night of karaoke and blasting out some classic tunes with your friends. You will need to bring along money for drinks once inside the pub.
