We’re heading to the Lake District for a whistle-stop tour of one of England’s most picturesque destinations and UNESCO World Heritage Site! 🌄

Renowned for its glacial ribbon lakes, rugged mountains, and historic towns, this tour allows you to take in the very best the area has to offer. We’ll be making stops at several landmarks along the way, giving you the chance to explore. 🌲

You’ll be able to enjoy a boat trip* across the only official lake in the Lake District in Windermere, explore the market town of Ambleside, before we head to Grasmere, known as “the loveliest spot that man hath ever found” and home to the Gingerbread Museum*, poet William Wordsworth’s grave, and Beatrix Potter*.

The coach will depart from James College Reception at 8am and return to York at approx. 7pm. Exact timings for each location will be determined on the day.
