Add the GSA Events Calendar to your Academic Timetable

Want to be kept in the loop easily about our GSA Events? Then add the GSA Events Calendar to your academic timetable! It’s simple to do and updates automatically to make sure you always know what’s going on!

Step 1:

Login to your academic timetable and click “Add timetable”

Step 2:

Click and scroll down to “Events” and click “Students Unions”

Step 3:

Click the checkbox next to “GSA Events” found at the top of the list

Step 4:

Check your timetable. Our events should automatically appear in your calendar! Your timetable will be updated with our events as soon as we add them to our online web calendar. Our calendar can be taken off at any time by going through the same process and un-ticking the box next to “GSA Events”
