Morning yoga online
Stretch out those muscles, improve your flexibility and get more zen in your life – it’s the GSA’s free online yoga sessions in collaboration with York Sport.
To join, all you have to do is sign up to the mailing list and you’ll be emailed a Zoom link for the next session. Then all you have to do is make sure you’re wearing some comfy clothing, get your mat out if you have one, open Zoom and you’re good to go.York Sport instructor Katy will guide you through the rest.
