GSA Online Gentle Yoga Session

For the Gentle Sessions our focus is rest and restoration. It’s about resting in community. This practice is inspired by Tricia Hersey at The Nap Ministry.

You’ll be guided through some restful seated/chair-based movement, meditative practice and some time for optional shares with the group about how the restorative practice felt.

Please note Amy from Teapot Yoga is a Trainee Yoga Teacher. She is training with Ignite Yoga and Wellness Institute with Susanna Barkataki. Amy is registered with Yoga Alliance Professionals Body.

To attend this class, you do not need experience of yoga, creative practice or meditation.
