Morning Yoga online
Start your third time by stretching out those muscles, improving your flexibility and getting more zen in your life. That’s right, it’s the GSA’s free online yoga sessions in collaboration with York Sport. These online yoga classes are completely free for students and run every Monday from 10-11am. There’s no pressure to come every week so why not try it out and see?
To join, all you have to do is sign up to the mailing list and you’ll be emailed a Zoom link for the next session. Then all you have to do is make sure you’re wearing some comfy clothing, get your mat out if you have one, open Zoom and you’re good to go.York Sport instructor Katy will guide you through the rest.
