Upcoming Deadlines
Wednesday 24th May (10:30am) – Attend Candidate Briefing, candidates only need to attend one of these sessions. If you attended on Tuesday 16th or Thursday 18th this is already complete! This session will be virtual click here for the link.
Friday 26th May (3pm // 15:00) – Updated/Complete Manifesto to be sent to studentvoice@yorkgsa.org
Friday 26th May (3pm // 15:00) – Read and Sign the Rules, click here to sign.
Friday 2nd June (12pm // 12:00) – Send your candidate expenses from with attached receipts to studentvoice@yorkgsa.org
Cost of Living & Wellbeing Support
This year the GSA will be offering 2 new types of support for candidates during the Officer Elections:
- Each Candidate will be eligible for a £10 Travel Bursary to reduce costs when travelling to and from campus during voting week. To claim this, please include copies of your bus/train tickets on your candidate expenses form.
- From Monday 29th May – Friday 2nd June, candidates will have the opportunity to drop into the GSA Office to collect a Free Wellbeing Pack and can return at any point during working hours (9am – 5pm) during voting week to refill on any of the items available.
