Haworth Day Trip

Book online

13/07/2019

Haworth’s fame is mainly thanks to the Brontë sisters and it would be strange not to mention them, but there are plenty of other reasons for you to visit this picturesque village surrounded by dramatic moorland.

Haworth is also getting a name for itself as a haven for independent businesses. From luxurious hand made chocolates, to art galleries and then an array of places to eat and drink. You can spend your time browsing up and down the cobbled Main Street, pop into the shops and you will find them friendly and welcoming.

Bronte Parsonage Museum

The Brontes are the world’s most famous literary family and Haworth Parsonage was their home from 1820 to 1861. Charlotte, Emily and Anne Bronte were the authors of some of the best loved books in the English language.

Entry to the museum is an optional visit at £6.50 with student ID
