GSA De-stress Sessions – Meditation session


In this relaxing session we will be exploring breathing techniques, mindfulness and meditation to calm and sooth the mind, leaving you feeling rested and peaceful. You will be able to apply some of the techniques learnt in this session to stressful situations, you will learn how to calm your nervous system and bring focus and an inner-calm when you need it the most
