Have you been struggling with finding quick, cheap, but healthy cooking recipes? Do you want to feel motivated to start the summer term with healthy eating habits? In this session, you will have the opportunity to learn some essential nutrition tips. We will start with what a healthy plate should look like, and then we will discuss some suggestions of how you can fill that plate for breakfast, lunch, and dinner using inexpensive ingredients while keeping your diet balanced and high in nutritional value. The session will conclude with some meal recipes, which can be prepared in less than 20 minutes, while before the end of the session you will be able to ask questions.
