This online event will provide an opportunity for postgraduate students to hear about the University of York’s INCLUDE Network: Inclusive Network Connecting and Linking University Disabled Employees. Some of the core objectives of INCLUDE are to open the discussion and raise awareness about the challenges that disabilities might create in the workplace and promote “the value of disabled talent”. Whether you identify as a disabled student or an avid supporter of inclusivity in academia, this session will give you an insight into those issues. The event will start with a presentation by the Co-Chair of INCLUDE, Prof. Penny Spikins (Archaeology Department), while then there will be time for participants to ask questions. The event will finish with a social, which will be run by the GSA Disabled Students Network leader
