Following Public Health England and Government guidelines on social distancing measures, GSA Advice Service appointments are currently taking place over the phone and via Google Meet. We are also continuing to offer advice via email.
If you would like to access advice and support from the GSA Advice Service, please download our “Confidential Advice Record” and email it to email@example.com. An Adviser will aim to contact you within three working days.
In order to help us to prioritise your enquiry, please provide all of the relevant information in your email, along with any deadlines you are working to. Please also let us know if you would prefer to receive advice via email, via a telephone appointment or via a Google Meet appointment.
We are currently experiencing some short-term staffing changes affecting service capacity, alongside a very high workload. This means that we are not always able to offer appointments, but will be continuing to offer email advice. If you have any accessibility requirements which mean you will need to attend an appointment, or if your situation is complicated and you feel you need to discuss this with an Adviser, please also include this information in your email.
