The Welfare Officer is responsible for all non-academic welfare issues affecting postgraduate students, sits on a number of University committees relevant to student welfare and represents students at academic appeals.

Academic Affairs Officer: Beatrice Akua-Sakyiwah.
The Academic Affairs Officer coordinates the Academic Affairs Team, acts as the postgraduate representative on the university committees, represents students at appeals, and liaises with departments and postgraduate academic representatives. This officer is responsible for communicating the work of the team to the GSA membership.
