The GSA is the primary representative body for all postgraduates at the University of York. There are a number of officers and representatives dedicated to ensuring that the diverse needs and views of all postgraduates are kept on the agenda at all levels of the University, by sitting on every important committee in the University.
In order for the GSA to ensure that we provide the best representation for you as a postgraduate at York University, we need your involvement. As the only way to represent your views and needs and ensure that the University attends to these, is to hear what you think in the first place.
There are a number of channels by which you can feedback to the GSA. You can:
- be elected as a GSA officer or representative
- attend the GSA Association Council
- go to the York Postgraduate Forums
- be involved with a Graduate Common Room Committee or Residence Assocciation
- come to the office based in Wetworth or attend a drop-in session at Heslington East
- email a GSA officer or representative
- leave a comment on the website
