Representatives to Association Council exist to represent the views of the full diversity of the postgraduate student community, and ensure that specific points of view are represented when setting policies for the GSA at Association Council.

The Part-Time Students Representative represents the interests of all part-time graduate students within the GSA, ensuring that the Association's events, services and sporting activities are inclusive of part-time students.

The PGCE Representative is responsible for ensuring that the views of PGCE students are represented within the GSA, and that events, services and sporting activities are inclusive of PGCE students.
Gender Equality Representative - Hannah Boast
The job of the Gender Equality Representative is to ensure that the views of all genders are represented in the Association, and that events, services and sporting activities are inclusive of all genders. They act as a point of contact for students with concerns regarding these issues.

LGBT Representative - Jennifer Jackson
The LGBT Representative ensures that the Association and its Affiliated Committees provide a welcoming environment to students regardless of sexuality, gender identity or gender expression. They assist the Welfare Officer in the representation of LGBT students.

The Racial Equality Representative ensures that the views of students of all races are represented within the organisation, and that its events, services, and sporting activities are inclusive of all races. They act as a point of contact for students with concerns about these issues.

The Ordinary Representative to Council is to ensure that the views of the average students are represented in the Association, and that events, services and other activities are inclusive. They are a point of contact for students with any concerns not represented by one of the other representative positions.
