IT Services
IT Services is part of the Information Directorate and aims to meet your IT needs at the University of York. We provide IT classrooms/study areas and wireless access points across campus.
User support is offered through the IT Support Office; you can contact them in person (1st Floor Harry Fairhurst building), by email (.(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)) or by phone (32 3838). The IT Support Office is open weekdays 09:00 – 17:00 – outside these hours, telephone calls are answered by the Out of Hours Helpline.
