Spring Council Report
Richard Rhodes
Since December I have been engaged with the following tasks:
- Making payments
- Looking through some of our old financial 'records'
- Trained in SAGE accounting software
- Organised graduate participation in YUSU focus group to inform their strategic plan
- Worked with the new GM on HR problems and his personal training
In the future I intend to:
- Work with GM to set up our accounts on SAGE
- Purchase 2 new laptops to lend
- Discuss idea of Skype studio with the college
- Discuss our 'contribution' to YUSU with them, along with talks on general cooperation.
- Set-up a better system of controlling our funds through our Business and University bank accounts
- Help out with more events
