After its big success last year, the GSA is bringing back ‘PhD Journey’. The session covers the skills a PhD student needs to acquire, and how to develop as a researcher from being a first year student, a 3rd year student, and as a writing up-year student. The session starts with submitting a PhD proposal, and ends with tips for a successful PhD viva, and how to deal with examiners’ criticism.

The session lasts for 2 hours, and is worth of every minute of your time
